The main idea of the building’s facade formation is the creation of different qualities of transparency that will enable seamless amphi-theatrical views together with the protection of the interior space from the weather conditions. Given this intention, two layers of skin are used for the building enclosure: glass and perforated metal sheets. At the same time, between the two skins, a network of water tubes covers the building and occasionally enters inside it, in order to control the temperature within. This system simulates a transparent body in which one may distinguish the skeleton, the veins and the arteries.
